1. Which FIRIK refill should I choose for my pail?

   Choose by pail model and refill style. FIRIK Standard refill fits Litter Genie Standard, Essential, Style, Design, Plus, XL, and XL Plus pails. OFTY Jumbo refill fits selected cassette-style pails including Litter Genie XL Plus, but not Litter Genie XL or LitterLocker Design. Easy Roll pails need Easy Roll refill bags.

2. Where can I check current refill compatibility?

   Use the Litter Genie refill compatibility guide before ordering. It lists Standard, Jumbo, LitterLocker, Diaper Genie, Pet Genie, and Easy Roll compatibility.

3. Where can I buy FIRIK and OFTY refill bags?

4. Do I need to have an account to order?
   

   No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

5. What payment methods do you accept?

   We accept only accept PayPal payments at present(You can add credit card to your paypal so that you can use credit card to pay.)

6. How secure is my online order?

   When purchasing online using your PayPal payments, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our PayPal payments provider’s network, where your transaction is authorized and approved. Your ayPal payments and information is not stored on our servers.

7. Are there any exchange rates?
   All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your PayPal payments issuer processes the transaction.

8. How do I set my shipping address?
   Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
   Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

10. Do you ship outside the United States?
    Our online checkout currently supports U.S. shipping addresses only. If your shipping address is outside the United States, please email [email protected] before ordering so we can check whether delivery can be arranged.

    We will confirm availability and reply with the additional shipping cost, total order amount, and estimated delivery time.

11. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
    The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

    USA: 3-10 days, Canada: 2-4 weeks, Australia: 2-4 weeks, Europe: 2-4 weeks
